Tender  & Bid Documentation and Vetting

Prepare BOQs backed up by take off sheets to ensure accuracy level. Our Tender documents are comprehensive to ensure smooth implementation of project.

Bill Certification

Comprehensive bill certification and verification of all running bills, cash flow management and advice on judicious payments through out the project for uninterrupted progress

Claim Management

Ensure all contractual conditions are established and followed at site and to ensure smooth execution of the project and minimize the contractors claim

Change Management:

Estimate, Evaluate and Control judiciously all claims for extra items and variation orders through out the project life cycle

Technical Audit

Carry out technical audits of all running and final bills on sound ethical and professional guidelines to close out all contracts.

Project Coordination

Undertake complete project coordination along with Client from Concept to Completion of a project

Skill Transfer
